This was a great place for the care of my mother.All the nurses and staff were so good to her she loved being there except for the food wasn’t always the best but the care she recieved while she was there was excellent and I would recommend this facility to anyone else who needs patient care. And I would like to thank all the employees who cared for my mom they provided excellent care for her.

Rehab program highly successful at helping residents return home to resume life following an illness or surgery. Staff is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care, and residents are loved, appreciated, and treated like family!

Highly recommend this wonderful facility. The residents are cared for and loved.❤️ They host amazing activities daily and even more so for special occasions/holidays, something for everyone. The residents really enjoy these activities!🎉

We Really enjoyed coming here to volunteer and meet the patients. Activities are always fun and a way for the kids and I to interact with patients and staff.

My mother had a great experience at Lexington post acute from being at the hospital and meeting with their liaison Korie who led us in the right direction for the proper therapy for mom, all the nurses and CNAs were great at the facility, they took great care of her.

My grandad was in rehab there and loved it. Nurses were great and had great food.

If you want great care, do not send your family here. If you want them to have a proper hot meal, do not send them here. If you want your family to have a voice, do not send them here. Their basic needs will not be met. They’ll be double briefed, not changed and heaven forbid they’re in a wheelchair and can’t speak up for themselves, they’ll be left in that chair, ignored and not changed until they’re put in bed if even then, they will never receive a hot meal and call lights will not be answered in a timely manner or at all, heck sometimes they’ll go in there, turn the light off and never come back. They consistently run out of supplies, they use abusive language to and around residents. They’ll never follow up with dr appointments or anything of the sort. If you want your family members neglected, abused and treated like a burden send them here. If you hate your family member this is the place to send them!! By far the worst facility in a 50 mile radius. Please please please do not subject your family members to this facility!!

I went here this weekend for an open house/ festival and was amazed at how well this facility was operated. All the staff was so friendly to me but more importantly to the residents. They treated them like they were their own Mothers and Fathers. Every hall I went down had people constantly cleaning. I have been in many skilled nursing facilities and have never seen this type of cleanliness and more importantly genuine care for their residents.

This is NOT where would want a loved one to be. The food on a scale of 1-10? 1! It takes them a long time for anyone to come see about you after you push the button, if they come at all. They are suppose too come in every 2 hours but they do not! I really wish there was something positive that I could say but there’s not

I removed my mother from this facility, brought her home and needed to call an ambulance. She had been neglected to near death. She’s now in a hospital recovering but traumatized by her lack of care. Really, when I removed her she actually had feces on her and I’m not referring to her backside. She was severely dehydrated and had critically low blood pressure among several things. She was not monitored AT ALL.

Worst place we could have taken my Mother in-law. They have changed staff several times. Patient were not taken care of. Experienced myself no compassion for the patients there. Thankful she is gone from there. She’s finally in a professionally run Facility. An so clean. How this place even got a 4 rating is beyond me

Just starting this journey having placed mom in the rehab program following hip surgery. Was so impressed with the staff from the assigned nurse to the CNA’s and youth staff. They are very attentive and eager to meet mom’s needs. Hoping to continue posting POSITIVE reviews.

One day they will let you out the back door and the next day they won’t. And they are not putting their patients thru physical therapy like they are supposed to be to rebuild their muscles

As a patient,I was overwhelmed by the warmth and kindness of staff and caregivers alike.. lots of fun and games from Entertainment Coordinator Mrs.Viki ..very comfortable and pleasurable stay with very few draw backs. I’d say , a cozy place to relax and call home.
